The moorstone square rule is applied to measurement of industrial production and labs and mainly used for measuring the verticality and the parallelism in mechanical equipment measurement.
Features and Advantages of Moorstone Square Rule:
1. Good rigidity, high hardness, high wear resistance, specific weight: 2,970 to 3,070kg/m3, compressive strength: 2,500 to 2,600kg/cm3, elastic coefficient: 1.27 to 1.47*106N/mm2, water absorption: 0.13% and Shore hardness: above HS70;
2. With long-time natural ageing, rocks have uniform organizational structure, extremely low linear expansion coefficient and completely disappeared internal stress and are not deformed, so that the moorstone square rule is high in precision;
3. Acid resistance, alkaline solution resistance, anti-rusty performance, unnecessary oil applying, difficult adhesion of fine dust, convenient maintenance and repairing and long service life;
4. No magnetization, smooth movement during measurement, insusceptibility to dampness, and good plane weighing property;
5. No scratches, no limitation of the constant temperature condition, and high measuring precision at normal temperature.
